Thirty-five years of a diffident man’s charmed, yet unfulfilling life.  The nonsense plot moves at a dreamy pace, with blank performances and faux clever dialogue that apes Wes Anderson.  Also it’s shot digitally, in a way that looks flat and cheap.  Nick Offerman and a few other character actors provide hints of mirth, maybe even enough to lift the movie to a low Watchable?
